I
filled the position of Artist In Residence
at Lake Yellowstone Hotel for a couple of
months in 2004 and 2005. While
I was there all kinds of animals frequented
the area and grizzlies were the common bear
sighting.
Regardless, black bears inhabit the
Park as well and I knew they would look
great against the yellow of the building and
the abundance of wildflowers.
